VisitNow Instructions

All visitors must register an account and request approval for remote video visitation.

Please follow the instruction below to visit with your detainee:

1. Create an account or log in with your existing account on this webpage.
   • Your account email address must match the email address on your GettingOut account
2. Once logged in, request a detainee to be approved for visitation.
3. You will be notified by email when your approval request has been accepted or denied.
4. Download the GettingOut Visits app for iOS or Android.
5. Create an account or log on with your existing account to the GettingOut app.
   • Your account email must match the email on your gtlvisitme account
   • Please ensure you allow all app permissions
6. Once logged in, add your detainee.
7. The detainee will then be able to initiate the remote visit to your mobile device.
